The amount will only be debited from your account when the goods are dispatched from EQOOLUNAR. You can never withdraw more than the amount you have approved at the time of purchase.

We offer free shipping on all orders to a parcel service. This does NOT apply to private or business delivery.

Right of cancellation
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at EQOOLUNAR.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received your item. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

This means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kontakt@eqoolunar.dk.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that if you cancel part of your purchase, you will not be refunded the shipping costs.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:

Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Refund of the purchase price
If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days of the day we receive your notice of cancellation.

We will refund the money using the same means of payment you used to make the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. If you want the money paid to another account, please let us know.

We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us proof that you have returned them.

When buying electronics, the original packaging is always an essential part of the value of the item. The packaging should therefore always be returned with the item if you want to be sure of getting a full refund.

You can also withdraw by refusing to accept the goods at the post office or by handing them in at the above address.

It is not a requirement, but the handling is facilitated if complete information is included in the package - Attach a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which the refund can be made, copy of any previous correspondence, etc.

Please note! we do not accept packages sent COD or sent to a parcel service.
Returns
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the goods back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned and you will be liable if any damage occurs during transit.

Some items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies for example to very large orders.

The cost of returning these items is expected to cost a maximum of DKK 500.

Condition of the goods when you return them
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only get back part of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the goods, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get back the cost of delivery.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the value of the item.
Right to complain
When you shop at EQOOLUNAR, you of course have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of misuse of the product or other harmful behaviour.

The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If the complaint is made within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We will reimburse any reasonable freight costs you may incur in returning the goods where the complaint is justified.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and get a receipt for shipment, so we can refund your shipping costs.
Fee for goods not collected
For unclaimed parcels, you will be charged for the costs incurred by us for the shipment. This will normally be around 50 DKK.

Privacy policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The information is passed on to the chosen shipping company.

The personal data is registered at EQOOLUNAR ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

In addition, we cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies process data solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.

You have the right to know what information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were supposed to use it.
